The development of innovative learning media is needed to provide a different and varied experience. This required stimulate student interest in achieve maximum outcomes. aim this study develop analyze the effect digital-based flashcard improve social studies outcomes for fourth-grade elementary school students. research uses R&D (Research Development) methods adapts ADDIE model. population were randomly took sample 126 students calculated using Slovin formula with margin error 5%. results show that material expert validation 83.3% worthy category. experts 93.3% very category, effectiveness are obtained through questionnaire given at pretest posttest. concludes positively impacts
